I pioneered and co-designed the Atlanta Startup Guide in collaboration with Scott Fuller, creating a physical resource for the community. I co-produced The Keystone, the very first podcast tailored for ecosystem builders, alongside Yuval Yarden. Our podcast delved deep into the world of ecosystem building, offering insightful discussions and expert interviews aimed at empowering community leaders and fostering innovation. Through The Keystone, we provided a platform for sharing best practices, explored emerging trends, and highlighted success stories within the ecosystem building landscape.

I managed the Startup Pledge Initiative, a pioneering effort aimed to strengthen connections between corporate leaders and startups within Atlanta's vibrant ecosystem. In my role, I spearheaded efforts to compile and vet a comprehensive database of startups interested in partnering with corporates. By meticulously matching these startups with corporate entities aligned with their needs and goals, I facilitated strategic collaborations that fostered innovation and growth in the region.

I collaborated with Holly Beilin to co-create the InnovATL 2017 campaign, a dynamic initiative aimed at raising awareness and fostering collaboration across Atlanta’s key industries. Our focus encompassed fintech, cybersecurity, film/TV, and music sectors, highlighting flagship events like A3C and Venture Atlanta. By breaking down industry silos, we aimed to unite diverse sectors, promote innovation, and elevate Atlanta's prominence as a hub of creativity and entrepreneurship.

As Build In SE’s inaugural Ecosystem Ambassador, I pioneered the framework for the position, spearheaded recruitment efforts, and curated compelling content showcasing Atlanta's vibrant tech scene to a wider audience. I organized and hosted networking events aimed at fostering regional collaboration among like-minded professionals and enthusiasts. A notable project was the Atlanta Tech Startup Guide (2019), an in-depth resource that served as a comprehensive introduction to the city for newcomers and industry stakeholders alike.

I led the creation and execution of the Atlanta Startup Crawl, hosting three times, each event highlighting the vibrant startup activity across our city and its surroundings. This event, which utilized public transit, offered participants a dynamic snapshot of our local startup ecosystem. Attendees had the opportunity to connect directly with the community, engage with early-stage startups, and explore diverse startup spaces throughout Atlanta.

I led the development and execution of the inaugural Atlanta Startup Awards, a pioneering initiative that continues to thrive today. Collaborating closely with members of the Atlanta Startup Community, we established these awards to honor and celebrate the city’s most promising tech companies, startup visionaries, and innovators driving disruptive change. The awards have since become a cornerstone event, showcasing the achievements and contributions of Atlanta's vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Led the launch of an innovative tech ecosystem tour connecting entrepreneurs and ecosystems across the Northeast corridor via Amtrak’s Acela train over five days. Managed sponsor acquisition, daily logistics, and coordinated partner communications with Entrepreneurial Support Organizations (ESOs) to orchestrate founder-focused events in each city. This initiative aimed to foster inclusivity and collaboration among tech communities, providing valuable networking and growth opportunities for participating entrepreneurs.
